Super quick, I showed interest in the car and had it delivered the following day. Gave me everything I needed/asked for. Car was in immaculate condition, I’ve had no further problems since owning the car. They’ve even been great after purchasing the car. Can’t fault them! Also very friendly staff!

Range Rover Sport Sale

To begin with I must say I have no association with this company, my name is John & I live in Warminster Wiltshire. I have purchased many cars over my life however this one was a little unique based on its age and millage which was all confirmed with a paid online vehicle check. We were excited when we picked up our used car a (Range Rover Sport). FIRST DIRECT VANS LIMITED had had it service to an extremely high standard with no expense spared, unfortunately the car developed 2 more faults after we got it home within the following 48 hours. Now what followed defines to me the difference between an average second hand vehicle dealer & an outstanding dealer. One of the faults was repaired with no cost at all to myself in Warminster, however the other was more serious & our local specialist garages were unable to complete the repair for over 4 weeks! FIRST DIRECT VANS LIMITED being unhappy with this time scale instantly arranged for the repairs to be completed in the London area, & relayed the vehicle back to themselves They also offered a me a curtesy car while mine was being repaired. The faults that followed were impossible for this company to pre-empt. All repairs was completed without any debate or conflict. with the vehicle was then promptly returned to me completely repaired. witha full tank of deisel, (wow). My point is no matter what you buy, or how old it is, or how many miles it has done, you never know if an issue is lurking around the corner so it matters where you chose to purchase from because you don’t want a drama or excuses after a crisis. I can say without a doubt that Ahmed & the entire team at FIRST DIRECT VANS LIMITED exceeded my expectations in every way possible & even exceeding the standard of customer service I received from a main dealer when a purchased a new Range Rover for my wife 3 years ago. This company cares about its customers & reputation which is hard to find in this world today which I find outstanding. I will be purchasing 2 more vans for my business later this year & for me now there is only one option, FIRST DIRECT VANS LIMITED. Thank you guys! I wish you the best for the future! John.
